Bottom Line First
If you travel or long to travel, have good credit, and are generally confident in your ability to pay off a credit card in full each month…get a travel credit card today.
I get questions all of the time about which travel credit card is the best. Which card should I choose first? Should I get a bank points card or an airline mileage card? Which airline? What about hotel cards? What about the annual fees? Which is better, Capital One Venture or Chase Sapphire? Shouldn’t I wait for a better bonus?
These questions can be paralyzing ones.
And that’s fair. There’s a lot to learn.
BUT, if all of the opening statement is true and you haven’t gotten a travel credit card yet, with each passing month you are literally leaving thousands of dollars and years of future travel moments on the table.
Don’t leave travel on the table.
Just start somewhere.
If you’ve spent any time searching for a travel credit card, there’s no doubt one or two have caught your eye. Just choose the one that has the best bonus offer today and hit “apply now.”
Honestly, you can’t go wrong.
Earn your first free travel to somewhere.
Get that one under your belt.
You’ll learn. You’ll mess up. You’ll try again and get the deal of a lifetime. All of a sudden, you’ll be hooked for life.
Or not.
And that’s okay, too. At least now you know.
Chances are you still got one grand, affordable adventure added to your very own big story, and in my book, that’s worth the leap.
Speaking of grand adventures and taking leaps….
Registration Closes Tonight
Just like with the credit cards, maybe you’ve been on the fence and unable to decide on pulling the trigger to register for this year’s Big Story Living Women’s Curated Journey to Europe. It’s still not too late!
This 7-month budget travel learning cohort will not only serve to teach you all you need to know about gathering and using those frequent flyer miles and travel points we just talked about, but you’ll learn so much more about planning an entire budget and beautiful travel itinerary to Europe. And yes, these skills will transfer to travel all over the world.
The entire experience culminates in a 12-day European journey in November of 2024, where you’ll get to put all your newly acquired skills to the test as we travel together, keeping one eye on the world and the other eye on Jesus.
AND if you follow Big Story Living travel advice, your journey (yes, flights included) can easily cost under $2000!!
I’ll just post all the details right here.
REMEMBER…the registration deadline is tonight.
Happy Travels!
